Pacific Pottery Hostessware #200 casserole with #201 trivet
This is the smaller of the two early casserole sets with a diameter of approximately 7″ (see #202-203). The piece is listed in the 1934 catalog and was discontinued early in the Hostessware line.
The yellow casserole is a transitional example of the company’s move into the Hostessware line and features a pre-Hostessware “yelloware” glaze and backstamp. The casserole / trivet set was made in 2 sizes – 7″ and 8″ (#202-203).
