1950s Abstract Design #1
This design is a lively reinterpretation of mid-century modern abstract patterns, characterized by bold, biomorphic shapes in vibrant red, yellow, green, and blue. Thin, intersecting boomerangs flows throughout the design, creating movement and connecting the elements with playful precision. The organic forms, dotted accents, and dynamic overlapping shapes reflect the experimental spirit of 1950s design, blending artistic spontaneity with structured geometry.
I redesigned this fabric for a drape-making project.
