Window Gazing
Imagine if you were shopping in downtown Los Angeles in the 1930s and happened to walk by a beautiful display of California pottery in the window of Bullock’s Downtown. That is the inspiration for “Window Gazing,” a scene of colorful Bauer Pottery as you might have seen it back in the day. It would have been enough to make me walk right into the store!
I modeled and staged all of the pieces in 3D software and post-processed the black and white “aged” version of the image in Photoshop. B&W or color: which one would you choose?
